The AfEMA staff who lead the research, methodology, editorial, and design work behind the Africa E-Mobility Pulse and its publications.
Pulse is built and maintained by a small, multi-disciplinary team within AfEMA. The team combines data science, policy expertise, editorial craft, and an Africa-grounded operational understanding of the markets being measured.

Meshack Wanjaria Njogu
Lead author of the Africa E-Mobility Pulse methodology since the index initial draft. Responsible for the analytical framework, indicator design, scoring calibration, and continued refinement of the index across its four published versions. Lead Data Scientist at AfEMA. Responsible for developing the index platform.
